CWI with funding from the Department of Workforce Development, Department of Education, and support from local organizations and donors offers community based learning centers throughout Northwest Indiana.  These community-based learning centers, along with CWI’s oversight of other adult education providers, make up a network of accessible, no-cost learning opportunities.

Learning Centers offer a range of free classes from basic education, high school equivalency (HSE, formerly known as the GED) preparation, college entrance preparation, English Language Learning in addition to basic job entry certifications and online training for careers such as CNA, MedCerts, ParaPro and more.
