CWI is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit interest by experienced entities to
provide consulting and planning assistance for key stakeholders to develop Workforce Hubs
(Centers where private and public organizations collaborate to meet the workforce needs of the
community) in multiple locations throughout Northwest Indiana.
